Office Facts
The first privately owned office building to achieve LEED® certification in the California Central Valley when it was completed in 2003, DPR's Sacramento office building provides a strong example of our commitment to sustainable design and construction. We walked in our customers shoes and compared additional first costs ($85,112 on a $6.2 million facility) for building green against long-term cost benefits ($359,758 savings in 10 years).
Green buildings also are known to improve the overall health and well-being of their occupants. That, combined with our strong culture, has helped our Sacramento operation win the Workplace Excellence in Leadership award from the Sacramento Bee and an A+ Employers/Employees' Choice Award from the Sacramento Business Journal, as well as named one of the Coolest Places to Work by Comstock's Business Magazine.

Driving Directions
From the Sacramento Airport
- Take I-5 South.
- Take the Garden Hwy exit and turn left at the light.
- Turn left on Natomas Park Drive and right again on Natomas Park Drive. You're here.
From the Executive Airport
- Travel North on Freeport Blvd. to Fruitridge Road and turn left toward freeway.
- Follow I-5 toward Sacramento.
- Take the Garden Hwy exit and turn left at the light.
- Turn left on Natomas Park Drive; turn right at the stop sign which is a continuation of Natomas Park Drive.
From Redwood City
- Follow 101 North to 80 East to Sacramento.
- Merge onto 50/Business 80.
- Stay on the South Lake Tahoe 50 left lanes through West Sacramento.
- Once through this interchange move immediately to the right lanes and take I-5 Redding North merging onto I-5 (now heading toward Old Sacramento and Downtown Sac).
- Exit Garden Hwy and turn left at the light.
- Turn left on Natomas Park Drive then turn right at the stop sign which is a continuation of Natomas Park Drive.
Second option:
- follow 101 North to 80 East to Sacramento.
- Follow to Interstate 80 and take the West El Camino exit and stay to your right.
- 1-1/2 miles to Natomas Park Drive and turn right.
- The office is on the left.
