Office Facts

Customer-signed Zero Defects letters line the walls of DPR's Falls Church office. The letters, 30 of the 98 achieved in 2006, symbolize DPR's continuous commitment to quality and to building great things for customers on the east coast since 1996 (the year we started construction on our first east coast project, a 500,000-sq.-ft. semiconductor manufacturing facility for Motorola). Located just seven miles from the nation's capital, the office continues to serve customers throughout the Mid-Atlantic region.

Green Features

Targeting LEED® for Commercial Interiors, DPR's Falls Church offices features:

  • Flooring constructed from cork and wheatboard counter tops at each workstation.
  • Insulation made from old blue jeans (85 percent recycled content).
  • Natural daylighting for 100% of regularly occupied work spaces.
  • A reduced number of light fixtures, decreasing the amount of electricity used and exceeding the ASHRAE standard.
  • Low emitting materials, including paints, carpet and furniture adhesives.

Driving Directions

From Dulles International Airport

  1. Exit airport onto the Dulles Access Road (Rte 267) towards Washington, DC.
  2. Take the Access Road to I-495 South toward Richmond.
  3. Take the US-50/Arlington Blvd exit towards Arlington.
  4. Stay on Rte. 50 until you see the Fairview Park sign on your right.
  5. Merge onto the ramp.
  6. Follow the signs for Fairview Park North.
  7. Our building is on the right.

From Reagan National Airport

  1. Follow the signs to I-395 South.
  2. Take the I-495 West exit towards Tysons Corner.
  3. Take the US-50/Arlington Blvd. exit towards Arlington.
  4. Follow the signs for Fairview Park North.
